Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at KTFO Performance. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver your orders.


Order Processing Time

In order to keep costs down, which keeps prices on the lower side,  orders are processed within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  As we grow these times will improve; but to provide the highest quality items at a price point I feel is affordable, I must abide by this timeline.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days (west coast will be 4-5 days)

Total estimated delivery time = Processing time (2-5 days) + Shipping time

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

KTFO Performance is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

While we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs, we will assist you in resolving the issue and, where applicable, help file a claim with the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

KTFO Performance is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
