Refund policy

We offer a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (such as creams or lotions)
  • Sale items (final sale)
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must include original packaging and proof of purchase

Refunds
